The whole workflow

Start Recording from the menu bar
A dot appears in the icon, and a small always-on-top panel shows exactly what is being captured: your mic and the system audio, as two separate tracks.

Stop, and walk away
The tracks are encoded and uploaded, then transcribed with speaker separation and your own spelling of names and terms. The call gets a title and a short summary. Speakers are matched to people you know, and a guess that is not sure waits for your yes.

Read it, search it, or ask your agent
Every call is on the dashboard with its transcript. Semantic search works across all of them. And your AI agents get the same memory over MCP.
Your agents were on the call too
Transcricity speaks MCP. Connect Claude or any MCP client and it can list your calls, read transcripts, search across everything you have discussed, and correct speaker names.

No hidden smartness
Recording starts only when you choose Start Recording, and the panel always shows what is being captured. The recorder follows your system audio preferences instead of guessing devices. Originals stay on your Mac.
